History

Sanjyot Lupo moved to Massachusetts twenty years ago to pursue a career in hi-tech. After holding leadership roles in several successful companies, she took time off from her hi-tech career to dedicate her life to raising twin boys during which she began to struggle with several chronic health ailments. It is during this period that she started to explore holistic tools and disciplines to regain control of her well-being.

Sanjyot’s own scientific knowledge along with a her close family and friend’s medical expertise led her to seek scientific as well as practical healing methods to complement conventional medicine. She knew that the soul-mind-body connection played an important role in the process of healing. Her exploration into the world of ancient wholistic healing reinforced the value of the ‘Relaxation Response’ in the renewal of one’s physical and mental health.

While practicing meditation and Yoga, she experienced firsthand the power of these evidence-based ancient tools. It was clear that these tools were not just preventative but restorative as well. This realization combined with her passion for  helping the community compelled her to establish Stillness Power. Her contribution in this field has already helped improve the quality of life for program participants as they continue to learn and use Stillness Power tools.

Stillness Power continues to develop programs and educate communities on an ongoing basis with the sole mission of spreading peace and health.
