HALASANA or PLOUGH on the FIELDS  :).

The ESSENCE of this POSTURE which resembles an INDIAN PLOW is that ONE should use this given BODY and MIND to PLOUGH through these earthly life ISSUES, freeing, and opening it to HEALING. ~Sanjyot Lupo

We just have to PLOUGH through OUR PROBLEMS; they cannot be ESCAPED.  ~Sanjyot Lupo

dhyaanmomentsDHANURASANA or BOW POSTURE AIMED  The ESSENCE of this POSTURE is REALLY about making PROGRESS, whatever that may be, a  GOAL in LIFE with continued ATTEMPTS (DHARNA meaning trying to focus on a GOAL);  so one finds EFFORTLESSNESS…a DHYAAN in this action of attempts itself.(DHYAAN meaning Meditative or effortlessness  in  Sanskrit) in the end becoming that PROGRESS. The KEY is in the TRYING, LEA…RNING the HOW and above all KEEPING an EYE on the GOAL. Descended to Ascend

 I watch you descend.
Your dark spots on the golden shine
remind starkly
of life’s duality.
As I lie below,
your graceful gesture captivates my gaze.
First you channel
the strength straight from the Higher,
helping to stand up;
then you reveal
in your silent move,
the Stealth,
much needed to survive,
and above all you impart
the keenest vision
to see even in the dark,
to reach where most cannot,
to rise in the right otherwise impossible
without those illuminating solitude hours
of contemplation of the why and the why-not’s,
understanding of the have and the have-nots,
both needed to heal and grow,
into that soft Golden Glow…
